Hi, I’m Chris…
I’ve spent the last 15+ years immersed in Person-Centred Counselling, supervising others for 10+ years, and in 2016 became the youngest ever Senior Accredited Counsellor with the BACP. I’m also a tutor, writer and content creator.
The Chris The Counsellor journey began with a central question: how to make counselling theory not just understandable, but genuinely accessible? That question led to this adventure – building a space for counsellors at any stage to explore, reflect, and grow through helpful content.
